    Corbett Tiger Reserve has captured the thoughts of various tourists with its diverse wildlife and spectacular landscapes; the innate uniqueness of the region was recognized long ago. The park was then named as ‘Hailey National Park’ but later was renamed. The area also came under the Project Tiger in the year 1971 when the Government of India launched the conservation projects for tigers in the country.
